By accessing this website, submitting a commission inquiry, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

About Creative Alley Studio

Creative Alley Studio creates and sells one-of-a-kind mixed media artwork, including original works, small-scale art and gifts, and custom commissioned pieces.

Each piece is individually created by hand and may incorporate acrylic paint, texture mediums, collage, authentic vintage materials, found elements, and other mixed media techniques. Because of the nature of this process, every original artwork is unique.

Original Artwork

Creative Alley Studio takes great care to accurately photograph and describe each piece offered for sale.

Please keep in mind that colors, textures, finishes, and other visual characteristics may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device being used to view the website.

Variations, textures, irregularities, visible brushwork, layered materials, and other characteristics inherent to the artistic process are intentional elements of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Artwork Availability

Original artwork is generally one of a kind and is available on a first-purchased basis.

Adding an artwork to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the piece has been reserved. An artwork is considered sold once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that an artwork is no longer available after an order has been placed, Creative Alley Studio will contact you and issue a refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Creative Alley Studio website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice. Any pricing changes will not affect purchases that have already been successfully completed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, or other costs may be added to the purchase price where required.

Payment for available artwork must be successfully processed before the artwork is shipped.

Payment Processing

Payments made through the Creative Alley Studio website may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

By submitting payment information, you agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms, conditions, and privacy practices.

Creative Alley Studio does not directly store complete credit or debit card information submitted through a third-party payment processor.

Shipping

United States Shipping Only

At this time, Creative Alley Studio is able to ship within the United States only.

Processing & Delivery

Available original artwork will be carefully packaged to help protect it during transit.

Completed artwork that is currently available for purchase is generally prepared for shipment within approximately 48 business hours, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs, methods, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the artwork’s dimensions, weight, destination, packaging requirements, and selected shipping service.

Any delivery dates provided are estimates. Creative Alley Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Please make sure the shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Returns & Refunds

Creative Alley Studio is committed to providing unique, high-quality original artwork and takes great care in representing each piece accurately and shipping it safely.

Because each artwork is one of a kind, please carefully review this policy before completing your purchase.

Return Window

Returns of eligible original artwork are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

You must notify Creative Alley Studio in writing within 48 hours of delivery of your intent to return the artwork.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a refund, artwork must be returned:

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging

• Following the return instructions provided by Creative Alley Studio

Artwork that has been altered, damaged, improperly handled, or otherwise changed after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Commissioned artwork

• Personalized artwork

• Custom artwork

• Artwork damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper care

How to Request a Return

To initiate an eligible return, contact:

Your return request must be received within 48 hours of delivery and should include your reason for requesting the return.

Creative Alley Studio will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Please carefully repackage the artwork using its original packaging materials. We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment for the full value of the artwork.

Once the artwork has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Creative Alley Studio strongly recommends purchasing tracking and shipping insurance when returning original artwork.

Damaged Artwork

Every piece is carefully packaged for shipment, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Creative Alley Studio at allison@creativealleystudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photographs of the damaged artwork

• Photographs of the original packaging

• Photographs of any visible damage to the shipping materials

Please keep the artwork and all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

Creative Alley Studio will review the damage and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or credit.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

Creative Alley Studio offers custom commissioned artwork created collaboratively with each client.

Depending on the project, the commission process may include discussions regarding:

• Desired dimensions

• Color palette

• Artistic style and direction

• Intended location or environment

• Personal stories, themes, or inspiration

• Vintage or meaningful materials

• Timeline

• Pricing

• Shipping or delivery requirements

Clients may also be asked to provide photographs of the intended space, inspiration, or other visual references that can help guide the creative process. Allison specifically requests information about where a commissioned piece will be displayed and notes that photographs of the space can be helpful when an in-person visit isn’t possible.

Specific pricing, payment requirements, timelines, and other project terms will be communicated before commissioned work begins.

Commissioned, personalized, and custom artwork is non-returnable.

Artistic Interpretation of Commissions

Creative Alley Studio believes that the best commissioned artwork comes from collaboration.

Reference images, inspiration, color palettes, descriptions, and other materials provided by the client are used to establish the overall creative direction. They do not guarantee an exact reproduction or predetermined final result.

Because each piece is created by hand, textures, markings, layering, materials, colors, placement, and other artistic elements may evolve naturally throughout the creative process.

Creative Alley Studio will make reasonable efforts to understand and incorporate the client’s goals while maintaining the artistic integrity and distinctive style of the work.

Commission Timelines

The timeline for commissioned artwork varies depending on the size, complexity, materials, level of customization, and current studio schedule.

An estimated timeline will be communicated as part of the commission process.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, completion and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Artwork Care

Creative Alley Studio uses high-quality materials appropriate to the artistic process, including acrylics, texture mediums, found materials, and archival sealants where applicable.

Pieces may be created on gallery-depth wrapped canvas, birch wood panels, or other surfaces as specified for the individual artwork. Many works are finished around the edges and wired so they can be displayed without a frame.

Collectors are responsible for properly displaying and caring for purchased artwork.

Unless specifically identified as suitable for outdoor installation, artwork should be displayed indoors and protected from excessive moisture, heat, direct sunlight, and other environmental conditions that may damage or deteriorate the materials.

Copyright & Ownership

Purchasing an original Creative Alley Studio artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, the artist retains all applicable copyright and intellectual property rights associated with the artwork.

Purchase of an artwork does not grant the purchaser the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the artwork for commercial purposes.

Artwork, photographs, graphics, written content, logos, branding, and other materials displayed on the Creative Alley Studio website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without appropriate written permission.

Photography of Artwork

Creative Alley Studio may photograph completed original and commissioned artwork for portfolio, archival, website, social media, exhibition, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing with a commission client.

Ownership of the physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright in photographs or reproductions of that artwork.

Materials Provided for Commissions

If you provide Creative Alley Studio with photographs, documents, text, logos, vintage materials, imagery, or other materials to incorporate into a commissioned artwork, you represent that you own those materials or have permission to use them for the intended purpose.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions associated with materials they specifically request to have incorporated into their artwork.

Website Content

Creative Alley Studio makes reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current.

However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, photographs, pricing, dimensions, availability, or other website content will always be completely free from errors.

Creative Alley Studio reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify website content, or cancel an order affected by an error when reasonably necessary. If a paid order must be cancelled due to an error or unavailable artwork, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Third-Party Websites & Services

The Creative Alley Studio website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including payment processors, shipping providers, social media platforms, and other service providers.

Creative Alley Studio is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites and services.

Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Alley Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase or use of artwork or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the Creative Alley Studio website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, and protected.

Changes to These Terms

Creative Alley Studio may update these Terms, Shipping & Returns policies periodically to reflect changes to the website, products, services, policies, or business practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
